LA CAMPOFILONE TRUFFLE LINGUINE
The Campofilone Truffle Linguine is an extraordinary product of the artisan pasta factory La Campofilone in the Marche region Pasta La Campofilone is produced with hard wheat which is not only for 100% Italian but rather for Marche. Hard wheat is cultivated in the Ascoli Piceno and Macerata areas and is then stored in silos at controlled temperature until use. The Truffle linguine is produced with homemade hard wheat and whole eggs, the latter being ground-fed hens which have the right space to move, avoiding the onset of stress and increasing the quality of the product. Hens are fed with high-protein cereal, strictly NO OGM, which are then called "noble cereals".
