SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders must be received prior to 2pm EST, to be shipped the same day. All orders will be delivered by our local delivery partners. All other delivery areas will be made by our selected courier company who can best deliver in the customer’s region.

All orders placed during a holiday will be processed on the first business day.

All orders containing perishable and/or frozen products will be shipped in appropriate packaging to ensure quality arrival.

As soon as order is processed and picked-up by the courier company. The courier company will contact you, advising you approximate time of delivery.
Special Delivery Day

If customer requires order to arrive or be shipped on a particular day or time, please indicate the required information in the comments section of the order. A customer service employee will contact you for special arrangements.
Refund Policy
Italimenti is committed to offering quality products and service, which includes how your package is received. While all items are carefully packaged, there is a possibility of damages or spoilage while in transit. In these circumstances, Italimenti guarantees that a replacement will be sent, a substitute or if you wish, a refund for the item. Our vow is to ensure customer satisfaction. Please do not hesitate at any moment in time to contact us if you are not satisfied with a product or our service and it would be our pleasure to rectify the situation. Please contact us about your un-satisfaction and return instructions before returning any item. If an incorrect address is submitted to us, the customer will be held liable if their order is returned to us. In this case, the order will be processed as a return, a refund will be provided to you. Any items damaged or spoiled due to an incorrect address will not be refunded. Please be sure to always keep track of your package once it has been shipped and that you receive an official confirmation.
Shipping costs are not refundable. Items must be returned in original condition and unopened. If an item is opened and you are not satisfied of its quality, please contact our customer service prior to any return.

All returns must first be authorized in writing by Italimenti and once received we will issue you a refund. Returns must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order.
